Located in san Benedetto Del Tronto, happy and cozy family room just in front of the beach.

This colorful suite has a decorated ceiling, it’s about 25 m². It has a bathroom with shower and a wide window.

The room is furnished with a king size bed, two night stands with abat-jour, a drawer with mirror and a wardrobe.
It has air-conditioning, Smart TV with Netflix, Mini bar and electric coffee machine. Marble floors.

The King Suite has a private entrance from the boardwalk onto a garden about 15m x 4m. The garden is paved with rustic bricks and it faces east.

It is furnished with two tables and four chairs a bamboo sofa with comfortable pillows. Two luminous armchairs and three luminous vases that lit up at night. There is a wide sink useful to rinse bathing suits.

Two bicycles parked in the garden are available for our guests.

From the garden we access to a higher level (six steps) to a small terrace that has a wooden board overlooking the boardwalk and sea. You can put your drinks and sit on two high stools to enjoy the view. The terrace is surrounded by a Jazmine plant and Canadian Ivy. You enter the suite from a glass door next to a window.

The bedroom has a king size bed, a dresser, two night stands, two floor lamps, a desk and an arm chair. An artistic hand painted boiserie is at the end of the room with shelves which separates the bedroom from another space where a modular wardrobe with mirror is positioned before the entrance to the bathroom with shower.

Mini bar and a coffee machine, Smart TV with Netflix, Air-conditioning, Security box and Marble floors.

From April to October: the room rate includes breakfast buffet and a sun umbrella at the beach with 2 beach lounge chairs.
